I am missing ILL stats from 23 Libraries for September.  In order to complete the necessary Stat forms for the state I need these in a timely manner.  My first report is due Novemeber 15th.  Can  you please make sure you are filling these out monthly and returning them to me by the 15th of the following month.  The SCOOLS Statistics as I believe you all are aware of are incorrect and do not break the information down as needed.  That is a problem I am working with them on, however until further notice I need the manual forms.  Please email or send them, if you did not keep a record please contact me about that.  If you did  not lend any books out please send me a quick email stating so.
