[Dcmosls] SCOOLS ILL Catalog not showing ILL Request and Responses

Hello Everyone,
 
People have been having difficulty with the SCOOLS ILL catalog not showing the 'ILL Requests' under 'My Requests' and 'ILL Responses'.
