SLMS/ Thomson Gale Fellow Conference Award
The Award recognizes a School Library Media Specialist looking to gain

professional benefits through continuing education, relaxation, and
rest 
provided by attending a full SLMS Conference. The applicant also needs
to 
be a leader in the field of School Librarianship. Winner receives $450
to 
be used to cover registration, lodging, meals and transportation
expenses 
for the SLMS conference. 
Deadline: March 1st
Qualifications: 
Applicant must be a current SLMS/NYLA member. 
Applicant must be a Direct Service School Library Media Specialist. 
Applicant must be able to attend the SLMS Conference in its entirety.
