[Dcmosls] Please take this open source, funding dependent survey

Hello;
 
Four thousand dollars of SLS program funding this year is tied to our providing a survey measuring school library media confidence levels in the open-source resources we help coordinate. Therefore, it is very greatly appreciated if you will take the time to fill in and submit the survey provided at the hyperlink below. 
 
Please make your best interpretation of any ambiguity of language to inform your responses. It is very difficult to amend the survey once it is released without corrupting the response data collation. This survey will be re-released in March. The difference between the two response levels will provide data to inform the grant proposal we are working off of. If you are consistent in your interpretation of the language, the data will be consistent.
