Greetings,
I'm pumped!
Thing one:
Many thanks to John Brock and his SLS crew for bringing Christopher Harris to our meeting this past Thursday!
Thing two:
You've got to look at the this graphing tool at Gapminder! It ingeniously and elegantly plots world statistics over time. My Global Studies teacher was IMMEDIATELY impressed by it. There is more information about its evolution in the December issue of Discover magazine.

Thing three:
As a result of the Chris Harris talk, I'm taking some steps into Library 2.0.; I 've started a blog. My idea is to begin sharing online the things that I connect and share in person. I'm absolutely new to blogs, so I would like your help/support as I workout what to include, what my voice will be, and how to proceed. I'm sharing with you first before I spring it on my ACS colleagues. If your blogging, please send me your link. Here's mine:

Thanks,
Dan
