[Dcmosls] Regents review live

Hi all,
I'm looking at the Regent's review live programs at
www.regentsreviewlive.net 
 
I have been given permission to stream these videos for students.
 
However, there is a concern that this will slow our network down too
much.
 
It seems that at my last school we were allowed to download these to
disc for student use and we got a letter to that effect from RRL.
 
Does anyone know if this is allowed?
