Here is the answer I got re: copying Regents Review Live videos to
disc:

Good morning-

  You may still download these files if you wish. Just right click on
the link and click "Save Target As". Then, you may save it to a hard
drive or DVD... however you'd like to save it. Please note that we have
been receiving MANY requests for these videos, so it may take some time
to download them. Thank you for your interest in these programs!

I am copying them to disc and making them available to students.  I've
already gotten a few requests to make extra copies for teachers.
