Hi Barb,

We haven't tried Bergen County in a while, We've been using Access PA
http://www.accesspa.org/  from there you can search every library in PA.
 (select Search the Database)

Once you find the record you need, select Export (you can save a bunch
to your Export LIst)
Then select Export Saved Lists to 'local disc' and save the file to your
desktop (or wherever)

At my last school I had a program called BookWhere...it would search a
gazillion libraries at once, but the records I selected almost always
came from Access PA.  They had the best subject headings and the least
clutter such as holding info.
