[Dcmosls] November 17 Communication Coordinators' meeting

Hello to all,

Due to many different factors, attendance is not sufficient to run the video conference with the Library of Congress on November 17th.  The communication coordinators' meeting and PD are canceled.  If there is sufficient interest in the future we will look for dates in January or February for another training.
