Good afternoon,

I am pleased to announce an upcoming focus group trial for Mango Languages.  Check them out at:

1) Trial date will be from February 1 to June 11, 2010
2) Participation will be just for our BOCES and component districts at this time
3) 24/7 access should be O.K.
4) Reporting will be required from teacher and student participants
Reporting will consist of a mid and post trial survey.  The survey questions are still to be determined but Mango will be attempting to get at how their product can be tailored to more specifically address the learning needs of students.  Pricing will be negotiated soon.

Take a look at the attached document and share this with your teaching staff, especially your language teachers.  The trial is not exclusive to any age group but it likely favors the older grades.  It is anticipated that younger students will ultimately be looked after in the future but have access to the product now if they want it.

When you and your district, teachers and students consent to the mid and post surveys, access will be granted starting February 1, 2010.  We will likely be creating a brief consent form that states the obligation for use of the product.  Surveys will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.
