In order to better serve NOVELny customers, the NOVELny vendors (EBSCO, Gale, ProQuest and Scholastic) will be expanding their support by answering questions directly related to their own products, as of Monday, December 7.

Starting December 7:

The following types of questions should be directed to the individual vendors:
Updates in contact information (contact person, e-mail address, phone number, etc.)
IP updates
Requests for URLs, usernames and passwords
Statistics
Remote access
