The new National Board Library Media Standards (Draft) is ready for
public comment.

The public comment period will start Monday Jan. 25 and end Feb. 17.
Between now and Monday, you might want to browse or read the draft.
Directions for where to post comments can be found in the Announcement
attached.

Your comments will be highly valued and appreciated and will be
considered during the final meeting of the standards committee in
February.

Please feel free to post the draft and announcement on any professional
listserv of your choice.

The link for comments will be operational on Jan. 25.
